    • S
      schneidercourtneySep 8, 2025
If you observe condensation at the walls of the inner chamber of your Binder Laboratory Equipment, it could be due to a combination of temperature/humidity values not being in the optimum range; select a combination of temperature/humidity values in the optimum range. Alternatively, the set-point may have been too long below ambient temperature, causing icing in the preheating chamber; defrost the unit.

    • M
      megan26Sep 7, 2025
If you are experiencing low or no refrigerating performance in your Binder Laboratory Equipment, it could be due to several reasons. The ambient temperature might be higher than 25 °C / 77 °F, in which case you should select a cooler place of installation. It could also be that the combination of temperature/humidity values is not in the optimum range; select a combination of temperature/humidity values in the optimum range. • G
      gail20Aug 22, 2025
If your Binder Laboratory Equipment unit isn't heating up when turned on and the safety controller responds, it could be due to the limit temperature being reached. The safety controller might be set too low. To fix this, let the chamber cool down and hit the RESET button of the MB1 controller. If appropriate, select a suitable limit value. If the safety controller is defective, contact BINDER service.
