Ignition - Start of fire:
Igniter activation and pellet ignition
Combustion:
Combustion of pellets at the power set in the settings
“Boiler Operating Limit” 1-5
Modulation - Temperature reached:
When the water temperature in the boiler
approaches (-5°C) of the desired boiler water
temperature, boiler goes into "Modulation"
(reduces power)
If the temperature rises further (Desired T.
+5°C) the boiler shuts down and waits for
the temp. in the boiler to fall 5°C below the desired temp.
Cleaning:
The boiler periodically cleans itself during operation.
It blows out the grate in the rebox and cleans the turbochargers.
(The "noise" that occurs is a normal phenomenon)
Cleaning takes a good minute
after which the boiler continues to re-ignite
Shutdown:
When the boiler is switched off (or is switched off by the time pro-
gram),
the boiler starts the shutdown process, increases the fan speed,
to burn the remaining pellets in the rebox, blow out the grate, etc.
The boiler needs to complete the switch-off process and must not be
switched off "by force", by interrupting the electricity.
