Perhaps the antenna is disconnected or damaged.
Check the status of the antenna.
You may be in an area with a low signal level. Please
check with your service provider.
Channel message encrypted
The channel is encrypted. Your Web:tv cannot
access encrypted channels.
The remote control does not respond
Perhaps the IR receiver is blocked. Point the remote
directly at the IR receiver.
Check that the batteries are properly installed and if
they are exhausted, replace them with new ones.
