16. TROUBLESHOOTING
The device does not switch on
Make sure that the power cord is connected.
Disconnect all cables and external devices and
then connect those for power and images only until the
device has shown the main menu.
There are no images
Make sure that the TV is on.
Check that the HDMI or AV cable is properly
connected
Check that the appropriate input mode is configured
on the TV.
There is no sound
Make sure the mute function is not activated.
You may have selected the wrong audio channel.
