10.1.2 Load Opto Sensor
The load opto sensor is responsible for letting the printer know when it has media loaded into it in the printer.
The sensor will be located towards near the platen rubber roller and may be on either side of the paper path
depending on printer’s configuration.
Once a year the opto eye should be blown off with air. This interval will vary depending upon the
environment and the quality of the ticket stock.
