Cargo
WARNING
The vehicle handling, stability and
braking distance are affected when
loading racks and using the vehi-
cle. Correct loading and weight
distribution are therefore impor-
tant. Never overload, tow or carry
cargo improperly. Always en-
sure the cargo is safely secured
and properly distributed on the
rack(s) before operating the ve-
hicle. Safely reduce speed when
carrying cargo or pulling a trailer.
Allow greater distance for break-
ing. Always secure cargo as low
as possible on the rack(s) to re-
duce the effect of a higher cen-
ter of gravity. Failure to follow
the recommendations here could
cause changes in vehicle handling
which could lead to an accident re-
sulting in severe injuries including
the possibility of death.
When cargoing vehicle, respect these
