Safety regulations
These operating instructions are part of the cooker. It must be kept in
an easily accessible place for the life of the cooker. We recommend that
you carefully read this manual before you use the cooker.
Installation must be done by qualied personnel and in accordance with
the installation instructions as described in the previous chapter.
This cooker is suitable for domestic use and complies with the current
EEC guidelines. The cooker is manufactured for domestic cooking and
baking. Boretti can't be held liable for the device being used in other
ways, such as heating spaces.
Never block the openings and slots of your Boretti so that there is
always sufcient ventilation. This also applies to the air slots on the
top/back of the cooking surface, but only with gas vented ovens.
The cooker must be thoroughly tested immediately after installation
and any malfunctions and damage must be reported immediately.
Never place pans or items on the stove if they do not have a at bottom.
Never put ammable products in your oven. An unexpected ignition
could cause a re. Gebruik tijdens het grillen geen bakpapier. Do not
use parchment paper while grilling. Never place ammable products or
products that can melt at low temperatures in the storage space under
the oven or in the oven.
The cooker is intended for use by adults: never leave children or people
with intellectual disabilities unattended around the cooker. Certain
parts, such as the grill element, can become extremely hot. So, do not
allow children to play near the cooker. After each use, check to see that
all knobs are in the OFF position.
