Operation
The wok burner
Boretti wok burners are equipped with 3 rings. Together, they ensure a
balanced power of up to 4.3 kW. That is more than enough to allow you
to stir fry properly. When this burner is ignited, the outer ring will heat
up rst, followed by the two inner rings. This is normal. Account for the
shorter cooking times caused by the high power of this burner.
Wok burner with Dual Fuel function (if any)
With the Dual Fuel cooker, you can use the middle burner separately as,
for example, a simmer burner.
Pull up the compressor knob up and turn counter clockwise to lower the
pressure. Insert the screwdriver in the hole just above the knob shaft. Above
this shaft, you will nd a small brass screw that allows you to regulate the
gas supply. You turn it to the left to make the ame higher and to the right if
it needs to be lower. That is how you adjust the ame level.
Note
Not all models have a Dual Fuel wok burner. Make sure you have
a Dual Fuel cooker before you try to turn the button further.
