Selecting cooking temperature
The maximum temperature varies depending on the type of function.
When turned on, the oven is given a default temperature for each
function: the cooking temperature can be changed. Turning the knob
[T] slightly clockwise increases the temperature (in 5°C steps), counter
clockwise decreases the temperature (in 5°C steps).
Using the oven light
The oven light will stay switched on for 1 minute after it has been switched
on and when it has nished preheating. The oven light will switch off
while waiting for a delayed start. You can always turn the oven light on
by pressing the button. The light goes off automatically after 1 minute.
Child safety lock
The oven is equipped with a safety device that prevents unwanted or
accidental starting. To activate the safety: with oven off press and hold
knob [T] for 3 seconds. A short beep sounds and the screen displays the
key symbol. In this situation it is impossible to start the oven. To remove
the previously activated safety, keep knob [T] pressed for 3 seconds.
Changing the temperature (Fahrenheit/Celsius)
After you choose an oven function, the temperature ashes in the
display. WHILE the temperature is ashing on the thermostat display,
push and hold the button until the bell makes a beeping sound and the
temperature switches from Fahrenheit to Celsius or vice versa.
