The spark igniter doesn't work. The door isn't completely open. Open the door completely.
The burner won't turn on or
is difcult to turn on.
The spark igniter is dirty
or dusty.
Clean the spark igniter
with a cloth.
The burner shuts off when
the door is closed.
The movement of air
causes the ames in the
thermocouple to go out
temporarily.
Leave the door open for at
least a minute before closing
it so that the thermocouple
is sufciently warmed up.
After about 10 minutes, the
oven shuts off.
The lowest setting is not
set up correctly.
Contact technical services.
The grill doesn't work. The gas burner knob is not
turned off.
Turn the gas burner knob to off.

All of the igniters light when
one knob is pressed.
This is normal. Not applicable.
The burner won't turn on
or is difcult to turn on.
The spark igniter is dirty
or dusty.
Clean the spark igniter
with a cloth.
The burner won't turn on
or is difcult to turn on.
The ame tamer doesn't t
onto the burner head properly.
Place the ame tamer so
that it no longer can spin and
get stuck on the burner head.
The burner won't turn on
or is difcult to turn on.
The burner head is crooked. Arrange the burner head
and make sure it is straight.
The burner shuts off when
the knob is released.
The thermocouple isn't
warm enough.
Hold the knob in firmly for
at least 8 to 10 seconds
(if the flame is burning).
The burner shuts off when
the knob is released after
10 seconds.
The knob hasn't been
pressed in properly.
Try again, pushing more
rmly this time.
The burner shuts off on the
lowest setting.
The lowest setting is set too
low, so the thermocouple
can't get warm enough.
Turn up the lowest setting.
The spark igniter keeps ticking. There is moisture in the
spark igniter (due to
boiling over or cleaning).
The igniter will continue to
click until the liquid dries
up. This doesn't cause
any damage, but can be
annoying. You can set the
oven on a high temperature
to help the igniter dry out
more quickly.
