Turning the oven on and off
Turn the function switch. The display will indicate ON. After two seconds,
the light in the oven will light up and the display will show the standard
temperature corresponding to the selected cooking mode. Turn the
switch back to the [0] position while cooking, the display will show OFF.
Timer
The function doesn't interact with the loads, and is available regardless
of the oven’s status. Press the adjustment button once, the symbol
lights up and the display shows BELL for 2 seconds; then when the
display shows 0:00. Set the desired time up to a maximum of 180
minutes. For the rst 3 minutes selection is made in 10 second steps,
and then in minutes. Press the adjustment knob to conrm the setting.
After 5 seconds without any increase or decrease the information is
accepted, and the symbol remains on. Upon expiry of the set time a
buzzer sounds together with the symbol ashing. To stop the buzzer
and the ashing, simply turn the adjustment knob.
Manual operation (indefinite)
Turn the oven on and select one of the available cooking functions. Use
the thermostat knob to select the right temperature. The oven will stay
on indenitely.
Semi-automatic end of cooking operation
Turn the oven on by turning the selector [S]. Press the adjustment knob
4 times, the display shows DUR for 2 seconds. Set the cooking time
on the display by turning the adjustment knob (the maximum cooking
time accepted is 10 hours). The cooking time setting is also shown by
the hands of the dial where the end of cooking time is indicated. To
conrm the set value press the adjustment knob (the dial’s hands will
revert to the current time, and the display will show AUTO); the oven
operates for the time set on the display. It is always possible to adjust
the temperature during cooking with knob [T] and change the function
by turning the selector [S].
