Using the rotisserie
Place the product on the rotisserie. Firmly secure the product with the
two meat clamps and make sure that the weight is distributed evenly
across the spit. This prevents overload of the rotisserie motor.
Place the rotisserie in the designated holder and insert the end into the
rotisserie motor opening. Choose the grill function and set the desired
cooking time. Always place a drip plate under the food.
Sheath current cooling
Every Boretti cooker is equipped with sheath current cooling. This
ensures that the outside of the cooker remains temperate.
A sensor ensures that when you reach too high a temperature, the
forced cooling switch will turn on automatically. It can also keep cooling
after the oven has been turned off. Thanks to this system, you can to
place a Boretti cooker between kitchen cabinets.
Removing the oven interior
To remove the oven interior, follow these steps:
* Open the oven door completely;
* Remove all racks and baking sheets from the oven.
Turn the side screws so that the side racks can be easily removed.
Note
