Using the phone in a partner group
You can call a partner or pick up a call for one of your partners by simply pressing a
key . Y ou can divert calls from any partner phone to any other partner phones quickly
and easily .
Calling partners
Press the desired partner key .
Dial. The number is dialed.
Answering a call for a partner
A partner phone rings. The corresponding
partner display flashes.
Press the partner key.
The call is diverted to your phone. It rings.
Y ou can now answer the call.
Diverting calls from one partner to another
Select the menu item “Further functions” in
the main menu.
Select the “Partner” menu point.
Scroll to the desired line.
Press the desired partner key: first the
partner for whom you wish to divert, and
then the partner to whom you wish to
divert.
Select “Store”. This stores the partner
diversion in your telephone. Y ou can switch
it on at any time.
