Setting up VIP functions -
You
can set up team functions between telephones within your system.
Y
ou then receive a special ringing tone or announcement from your team partners.
The VIP tone on your phone must be activated.
Setting up the phone for calls from the team
Select the “Further functions” menu item in
the main menu.
Select the “Set the telephone” menu item.
Select the menu item “Specifications”.
In the menu item “Receive VIP functions”,
specify whether this function should be
available to all callers or only for members
of the team (“authorized”).

ou must now enter your PIN. Only then
will you be able to change the settings of
the “Receive VIP functions” menu item.

ou can now re

ceive announcements and a special ringing
tone (VIP tone) from all of your team part

ners and partners of other teams.

agging specific team partners
Select the menu item “T
elephone book”.
Press one of the 10 digit keys, the star or
the hash key for speed dialing.
Enter the call number that is to be assigned
to the speed dial key and for which VIP
authorization is to be activated.
Switch “VIP” on.
Press the “up arrow” key repeatedly until
“Call number” appears.
