Storing personal data centrally
You can store your personal telephone settings centrally in your telephone system
for security . Y our data is protected with a password there. If your telephone is repla -
ced with a new one or you “move” to another part of your telephone system, you do
not need to enter your telephone settings anew .
Storing data
Select the “Further functions” menu item in
the main menu.
Select the “Further settings” menu item.
Select the menu item “Data storage”.
Select “Store centrally immediately”.
Enter your PIN number .
The message “Store data centrally” ap -
pears in the display . Y our data is now sto -
red under your PIN number .
