Deactivating a function key assignment
Select the menu item “Further functions” in
the main menu.
Select the “Set function keys” menu item.
Select the desired menu item.
Press the function key whose function as -
signment you wish to deactivate.
Select the desired menu point. The key is
then free.
Assigning macros to function keys
Select the menu item “Further functions” in
the main menu.
Select the “Macro function” menu point.
The first of the possible functions appears
in the display .
Select the desired function.
Call diversion:
Enter the call number to which you wish to
divert calls.
pick up:
Enter the call number from which you wish
to have calls to your telephone.
Confirm your entry .
Press the key which you would like to
assign a macro function to.
