WARNING!
Dangers of injury if the incorrect spare parts are used! Through the use of the incorrect or defective
spare parts dangers for personnel can occur; and damage, malfunction or total failure, and
explosions in the Ex area can occur.
Repairing according the joint lengths and widths of schedule 1 and 2 of EN 60079-1 are not
permitted. If any of the parts forming the joints shall be repaired get in contact with manufacturer.
Only use the manufacturer's original spare parts or spare parts that are expressly approved by the
manufacturer.
Always contact the manufacturer if there are questions.
Fault Clearance
The CIMS Mk IV is defective if the flameproof encapsulation is damaged and/or if one of the
components does not function any longer
In this case:
Replace defective parts in the flameproof encapsulation with original parts immediately.
Replace or repair the defective components with original parts.
Follow the components mounting instructions/operating instructions to replace or repair the
components.
