Securing the Innion CX Trial Lead
1. Carefully withdraw the slotted needle by slowly pulling the needle towards the proximal end of the lad
while stabilizing lead in line with the slot to keep lead in place.
Note: Do not reinsert the slotted needle into the sheath while the sheath is within the body.
2. Snap sheath wings apart and peel sheath out of insertion site.
3. Remove the stylet from the lead
4. If desired, a suture may be used to close the wound and stabilize the lead.
5. Place and tape a stress relief loop and dress the wound.
6. Continue to “Connecting to the Trial Stimulator” on page 39.
