c Make sure the paper is below the
maximum paper mark ( ) in the
paper tray. While pressing the green
paper-guide release lever, slide the
paper guides to fit the paper size. Make
sure the guides are firmly in the slots.
d Put the paper tray firmly back in the
machine.
Paper is jammed at the output

When the paper is jammed at the output
paper tray, follow the these steps:
a Use both hands to open the scanner.
When the top cover is open, you cannot
open the scanner.
b Remove the paper.
