Beep Volume 1
When Beep is on, the machine will beep
when you press the Touchscreen or
Touchpanel, make a mistake, or after you
send or receive a fax.
You can choose a range of sound volume
levels, from High to Off.
a Press (Settings).
b Press s or t on the Touchpanel to
display General Setup.
c Press General Setup.
d Press s or t to display Volume.
e Press Volume.
f Press s or t to display Beep.
g Press Beep.
h Press s or t to display Low, Med, High
or Off, and then press the option you
want.
i Press .
Speaker Volume 1
You can choose a range of speaker volume
levels, from High to Off.
a Press (Settings).
b Press s or t on the Touchpanel to
display General Setup.
c Press General Setup.
d Press s or t to display Volume.
e Press Volume.
f Press s or t to display Speaker.
g Press Speaker.
h Press s or t to display Low, Med, High
or Off, and then press the option you
want.

You can also adjust the speaker volume by
pressing Hook.

b Press Hook.
c Press or on the Touchpanel.

e Press to decrease or to
increase the speaker volume level.
Each press changes the volume to the
next setting.
