Remote output
If a REMOTE DC OUT connector on the integrated amplifier is connected to the
remote input on a BURMESTER component, this component is switched on and off
together with the integrated amplifier.
Protective functions
The integrated amplifier is equipped with extensive protection circuits that protect the
amplifier and the connected speakers from being damaged in the case of an error.
If an error, such as overheating, DC offset, or overcurrent occurs, the device switches
the corresponding speaker outputs off and enters standby mode.
The LED (operation/standby) flashes in red.
Eliminating the error:
1. Reduce the volume at the signal source.
2. Check the integrated amplifier output connections to the speakers.
3. Allow the integrated amplifier to cool down and then switch it back on using the
power on/off switch(8) or the remote control.
If the error persists, please contact your specialist dealer.
