Press the Menu button and the following is typically displayed:
Fix the loop break at the location identified.
Press the Control Panel Reset button then press Escape
3 button x 3.
The panel returns to normal if the loop break is fixed.
To identify a short circuit
The following fault may have been displayed at the panel.
Enter AL3 (4444) > Engineer Functions > Identify Loop Break.
When the IDENTIFY LOOP BREAK prompt appears, press the Accept
4button and the panel will
initialize both ends of the loop and the following is displayed:
The following is displayed:
The LEDs on the devices either side of the short circuit will light steady red.

Loop Integrity Fault
On Loop 1
Press the Menu button and the following is typically displayed:
Fix the short circuit in the loop at the location identified.
Press the Control Panel Reset button then press Escape
3 button x 3.
The panel returns to normal if the loop short circuit is fixed.
Between Devices 7 & 8
Ground floor: Loop:1 Device 7
