CED operates both hardware and software help desks. These
are staffed by the same engineers and programmers who design
CED’s equipment and write the software.
If you need to phone either help desk, but particularly hardware
help, it will be of great assistance to us if you could have the
following information to hand:
• The model and serial number of your 1902(s); the serial
number is printed on the rear panel
• The 1902 Monitor revision number (from Try1902)
• Details of the isolation daughterboard, if present (also from
Try1902)
• The version numbers of any CED application programs you
are running (from
Help, About…)
