##352 Printer control EEPROM head information error
Cause: The EEPROM for printer control is faulty.
Solution:
(1) Turn off and then on the power.
(2) Turn off the power, and replace the printhead.
(3) Replace the SPCNT board.
NOTE:
In the presence of ##352, the carriage unit will not move to printhead replacement position even when the inner cover
is opened. Moreover the carriage will not be locked in position even when the power is turned off. When replacingthe
printhead, be sure to turn off the power, and draw out the carriage before replacement.
