4.5 User Report Output Functions
4.5.1 User report output functions

The machine can output user reports manually by user operation, or automatically, according to user data settings.
a) Manual output of reports by user operation

b) Reports output automatically by user data registration
Each report written below can be automatically output by specifying "REPORT SETTINGS" in user data
registration.
Transmission report

NOTE:
ROM Version display
The ROM version is printed on the top left hand side of the User's data list.
Please refer to this when troubleshooting.

Report type Operations
Activity report
Press the [Additional Function] key, and then
select [Fax Settings]. Press key to selec
[Reports/Lists]. Using the key, select the
type of report to generate, and press the [Set]
key.
