If you leave the BJ cartridge (printhead) alone on its own, the ink can start to cake. Be sure to keep the BJ cartridge
fitted in the carriage in the course of shipment.
On the other hand, if the carriage is not fixed to its home position, it can move right/left during shipment, possibly
importing stress on the paper feed encoder film. Check to make sure it is fixed in its home position.
