Initial Preparations
(T) Unless you set the date, time, and home time zone, the [Date/
Time] screen will be displayed each time you turn the camera on.
Specify the correct information.
To set dayiight saving time (1 hour ahead), choose ['_] in step 2 and then
choose [_+_] by pressing the <A><v> buttons or turning the <_ it:>dial.
l_ Changing the Date and Time
Adjust the date and time as follows.
, ....................... Access the camera menu.
i ........Press the <MENU> button.
Choose [Date/Time].
Move the zoom lever to choose the [_1']
tab.
Press the <A><v> buttons or turn the
<_!:_;_>dial to choose [Date/Time], and
then press the <@> button.
Change the date and time.
Follow step 2 on [{_ 17 to adjust the settings.
Press the <MENU> button to close the menu.
Once the date/time batteryis depleted,the [Date/Time]screenwill be displayedwhen
you turn the cameraon. Followthe steps on _117 to set the date and time.
If the [Date/Time] screen is displayed each time you turn the camera on,
even after you have set the date and time correctly, replace the date/time
battery with a new one ([[_ 156).
