Shooting Range and Focusing
The focus can be locked. After you lock the focus, the focal position will not
change even when you release your finger from the shutter button.

With the shutter button pressed halfway,
press the <4> button.
The focus is now locked, and [MF] and
the MF indicator are displayed.
To cancel AF lock, release the shutter
button, hold the shutter button halfway
down again, and press the <4> button.
