Boot
To boot the diagnostics, press RESET button while holding down keys Ctrl, CapsShift and ON. The main
menu of diagnostics is displayed after release.
Preparation
1 : A-10 or A-11 4 : RAM Card XC-110
2 : Alkaline batteries 5 : AC-adaptor
3 : Jigs of RS-JIG-232C and RS-JIG-3PIN 6 : Charger
7 : Rechargeable battery pack
Note: Be sure to keep separate back-up copies of all important data in A-10/A-11, because the
DISGNOSTICS make data corrupt.

Make sure that the VDET1
is OFF. If ON, replace bat-
teries with new ones and
try again.
Remove backup battery.
Press ON.
Press RESET while hold-
ing down Nortification
Button and then release
Nortification Button.
Load Alkaline batteries.
Check the version
(Rev.1.00).
No display.
