34 Method - Create, Edit and Delete
• Delta Weight – The maximum amount of variance the weight changes over the length of the Delta
Time.
• Delta Time – The length of time in which the weight must not change more than the Delta Weight.
• Ambient Fan Speed – The amount of airow being pulled through the sample cavity to remove
moisture.
• Run Fan Speed – The amount of air ow present during the tare and after the fan turns off.
• Run Fan Off Time – The length of time between the fan turning off and the nal reading is taken.
3.6. Once the Method Settings have been determined, select either the arrow on the bottom right of the
screen or the tab on the left of the screen to access Method Stages.
4. Select the “Stages” tab.
4.1. 9. Select the Plus icon to create a new stage. If the method will be a single stage method, do not
return to the stages tab. For multi stage methods, return to the stages tab to set the method parame-
ters for additional stages.
5. Select the “Parameters” tab.
6. Once in the system parameters, determine if the stage will be a Set Time or Constant Weight analysis.
