Click Connect and then select connection media as TCP/IP, communication type as DLMS. Select the
checkbox “Use TCP profile over Ethernet port.”
Enter the meter static IP information in Connection Address
Click OK.
Static IP is 172.16.13.5
Service port is 4059. It is fixed for DLMS
