The most common accidents involve the rear

nd of the vehicle. Maintaining safe distance is
one more measure to avoid crashes.
For the urban and rural areas, the best method
is to drive defensively. The unsuspected
reaction of the front vehicle can result in an
abrupt turn or stop.
Control of aVehicle
Never Turn the Engine Off While the
Vehicle is Running
Many systems will not function in this situation
(e.g. brake servo unit, power steering). Driving
in this manner is adanger to yourself
and others.
Pedals
To ensure that the pedal travel don’t have
restrictions, it’s recommended to use only
original mats designed by Chevrolet for this
vehicle. Other mats shouldn’t be on the place.
Floor Mat (if available)

ake sure that the floor mat does not
interfere with the pedals.

Always use an appropriate size floor
mat and have it installed properly;
otherwise, it could obstruct the
accelerator, brake or clutch pedals.
Obstructing the pedals may cause
involuntary acceleration, increased
stopping distance or difficulty on gear
shifting, which can result in acrash
and injury.

The original floor mats have been
designed for your vehicle. If they need to
be replaced, choose original equipment
Chevrolet mats. Floor mats which were
not designed for your vehicle may
not fit properly and interfere with the
pedal finish.
Follow the instructions in order to use your
f
loor mats properly.

Always check if the floor mats are not
interfering with the pedals.
•
U
se the floor mat facing up. Do not use it
facing down.
•
Do not place anything on the floor mat on
the driver's side.
•
Use only one floor mat on the driver's side.
Never put one floor mat on top of the other.

Pull up on the rear of the floor mat to unlock
each retainer and remove.
