hange engine oil.
•
Drain washer fluid reservoir.
•
Check coolant anti-freeze and
corrosion protection.
•
Adjust tyre pressure to the value specified
for full load.
•
Park vehicle in dry, well ventilated place.
Engage the first or the reverse gear in order
to prevent the vehicle from rolling.
•
Do not apply the parking brake.
•
Disconnect the battery, see Battery
Disconnect Switch 3139
•
Close the bonnet.
Putting back into Operation
When the vehicle is going to be put back
into operation:
•
Connect the battery, see Battery Disconnect
Switch 3139
•
Check the tyre pressure.
•
Fill up the washer fluid reservoir.
•
Check the engine oil level.
•
Check the coolant level.

Only perform engine compartment checks

hen the ignition is off.
The cooling fan may start operating even if
the ignition is off.

The ignition system uses extremely high

oltage. Do not touch.
Hood
O
pening
Pull the hood release handle. It is inside the
v
ehicle to the left of the steering column.
The engine bonnet will be partially open and
held only by the latch.
