Notices:
The 16502’s panel displays the resistance value dividing into two kinds of RX and RTC.
Among these two, RX is only for measuring resistance value and it won’t be affected by
the temperature measurement result. RTC represents the instrument being with the
functions of temperature measurement and correction, thus the display value of resistance
