Fan/Motor Equivalent Circuit
The 16502 Millohm Meter provides control signal and power to R Scanner via Handler
interface. To transmit /EXT, PASS and FAIL signals by using Handler interface to connect with
User Automatic Machine.
The output signals of D-, S-, D+ and S+ in the 16502 Millohm Meter can be connected to the
pins set for measuring the setting equivalent resistance through R Scanner.
