Add Personal Directory Entry
Procedure
Step 1
Press Contacts .
Step 2
Sign in to Personal Directory.
Step 3
Select Personal Address Book.
Step 4
Press Submit.
Step 5
Press New and enter a name and a nick name.
Step 6
Press Phones and enter the phone number along with require access codes.
Step 7
Press Submit.
Edit Personal Directory Entry
Procedure
Step 1
Sign in to Personal Directory.
Step 2
Select Personal Address Directory.
Step 3
Press Submit.
Step 4
Select the entry.
Step 5
Press Edit to change the name or email address.
Step 6
Change the name and the email address.
Step 7
Press Update.
