External Access
1. Dial +43 (1) 588 01-81
2. Enter “1” (during setup) to access the Cisco Voice System.
3. Enter your ID (extension number) and press #.
4. Enter your PIN.

Mobility – Integrate your mobile work phone
Activate/Deactivate simutaneous ringing of desk phone and
mobile work phone
Setup from an IP-Telephone:
Press the Mobility feature key on the left. You can then use
the select softkey

o activate/deactivate mobile connect.
Setup from a mobile work phone:
Dial 908200 (Cisco Unifi ed Communications Manager Voice System
Menu). Enter your PIN followed by #. To activate press 2, to deactivate
press 3.
Swap an active desk phone call to a mobile work phone
1. During an active call press the Mobility feature key on
the left. Then choose Send call to Mobile Phone with the Select
softkey .
2. Answer the active call on your mobile phone. The desk phone line
button turns red.

or
1. While on your mobile phone, press the access code *74 .
2. Press the orange blinking session key on your desk phone.
Swap an active mobile work phone call to a desk phone
1. Hang up the call on your mobile phone.
2. Press the red blinking session key on your desk phone
within 10 seconds to resume the conversation on the desk phone.
