Swapping from desk phone to mobile only works when:
® the caller dials your offi ce number, both desk and mobile phones
ring simultaneously and you answer on your mobile phone.
® the call is swapped using the mobility feature key.
Swapping from mobile to desk phone does not work when:
® all calls from your offi ce phone are forwarded to your mobile
phone.
® the caller dials your mobile phone number.
Group Pickup
If you are a member of a pickup group you are able to take calls from
colleagues of the same group. If a colleague does not pick up a small
window appears a few moments later next to the Pickup feature
key showing the name of the colleague whose call you can take
as well as the incoming callers name.

Press the Pickup feature key . The name of the caller trying
to reach your colleague is shown next to the orange blinking session
key . You may now pick up the call by pressing either the orange
blinking session key or the Answer softkey .
Your Current Call Authorization Level/
Aktuelle Rufberechtigung
The highest possible authorization level for outgoing call zones
available to you is set by your TUphone administrator.
For security or other reasons you may personally raise or lower your
authorization level within the zones available to you.
To confi gure your settings press the application key and select
authorization level / Aktuelle Rufberechtigung.
Using the navigation pad you may select the desired authorization
and press the Select softkey to confi rm. If necessary
enter your PIN and confi rm with the Submit softkey .
You may also use TISS to confi gure your current authorization level.
