Chapter 6. Switch Configuration
6.1. Global Configuration
Set the system-wide settings in the Global Configuration screen. Click Switch
Configuration > Global Configuration to display the screen.

LABEL DESCRIPTION
Multicast Flow
Control
Select Disable to drop multicast packets on the switch.
Select Enabled to transmit multicast packets. This may reduce performance
in a busy network.
Broadcast Storm
Filtering
Select Disable to drop broadcast packets received on the switch.
Select Enabled to receive broadcast packets. This may reduce
performance in a busy network.
IGMP Snooping Select Disable to deactivate IGMP snooping on the switch.
Select Enabled to activate IGMP snooping on the switch.
Apply Click Apply to save the changes in the RMT.
