The RT-7000 RMR, as depicted in Figure 1-2, is a remote mounted platform capable of
housing three modules. The RT-7000 RMR features no touchscreen as the radio is
completely controlled remotely via RCDU or MCDU.

The RT-7000 RCDU, as depicted in Figure 1-3: RT-7000 RCDU Functional Block Diagram,
features a touchscreen interface. An RCDU can be used to interface with an RMR or
secondary display for the PMR from the RT-7000 series.
