6 Maintenance Methods for Product
To avoid the spread of disease, pay attention to the full cleaning of S80. Use that such as a small
amount of alcohol, a small amount of disinfectant (bacteria, fungi, viruses) as a cleaner.
·Warning
⚫ Because urine is a fluid from people, there may be contagious and the biological risk.
⚫ Counting chamber tanks and urine containers used are careful handling.
⚫ AS S80 being operated, pay attention to wear rubber gloves and other protective
clothing.
In order to keep S80 in the best working condition, it is recommended to carry out the following
maintenance work every day:
1. After turning off the instrument power switch, open the waste materials box from the left
side of the equipment and empty and clean it.
2. Empty the liquid waste tank and wash with 2% sodium hypochlorite solution and then rinse
with water.
3. The feeding module should be cleaned simply with a cloth soaked with a small amount of
alcohol and non-aldehyde disinfectant. It should be careful not to let the liquid flow into the
bottom of the test-tube rack platform, where there are wires and sensors.
4. Remove the following elements: rear rail of counting chamber, centrifugal cover and
centrifugal arm. To open the enclosure, you must first remove the former rail of the counting
chamber and then unscrew the butterfly screw on the centrifugal cover so that the
centrifugal enclosure can be easily removed.
5. The centrifugal arm, centrifugal cover and diaphragm shall be cleaned by the operator. After
the centrifugal arm and the centrifugal cover are removed, the operator wipes the
