1. recognition accuracy
The analyzer automatically identify, and the negative and positive coincidence rate between the
single result and microscopy were: red blood cells ≥ 70%, white blood cells ≥ 80%, and cylinder
≥ 50%.
The false negative rate of the analyzer is no more than 3%.
2. Repeatability
The coefficient of variable CV of counting result for the analyzer is when the cell concentration is
50 cells/μl, CV≤25%; when the cell concentration is 200 cells/μl, CV≤15%.
3. Stability
Within 8 hours of starting the analyzer, the coefficient of variation of cell count is CV≤15%.
4. Contamination rate
The contamination rate of cells by the analyzer should be ≤0.05%.
5. Background Count
Analyzer blank counts for WBC and RBC should be 0.
6. Detection Limit
The analyzer can detect the sample of red blood cells and white blood cells with the
concentration level of 5 / μl.

9.1 Maintenance Statement
Only trained professionals are qualified to maintain the instrument.
Only the original parts can be used for repair and replacement.
Before performing any instrument maintenance operation, including instrument transportation,
the power should be turned off and the power cord of the main engine should be unplugged.
