and “if not answered then call second number”.
Useoutcomesdependentonthenetwork:
1. Ifserver1isconsideredregisteredandresponds,thecallgoesthroughtoserver
1 immediately.
2. Ifserver1isconsideredregisteredandunresponsive,itwillbe
tried for the time listed in Dialing/Answer timeout,butnomorethan30seconds;then
 server2willbetried.
3. Ifserver1isnotconsideredregistered,server1willbeskipped
 andserver2willbetriedimmediately.
