Function
This screen shows if the control is opening
the solenoid valve. The aftercooler flow
control option must be installed (see
screen 75) for this to appear.
This screen shows the disable/enable
function of the precooler. The precooler
display will read Disabled when not acti-
vated. The Precooler Flow Control must be
installed (see screen 75) for this to appear.
This screen shows if the control is opening
the precooler flow control solenoid valve.
The Precooler Flow Control option must
be installed (see screen 75) for this to
appear.
This screen shows the measured current on
each leg of the 3-phase power going to the
process heater. The Current Monitor
option (see screen 75) needs to be installed
for this screen to appear.
The screen shows the calculated total
power for the dryer. The calculation
includes the measured current for the
process and regeneration heaters, the
control voltage set for the dryer, and
pre-determined power consumption values
for the blowers and the control. The
Current Monitor option (see screen 75)
needs to be installed for this screen to
appear.
