BROIL
The Broil mode uses intense heat from the upper
elements to sear foods. Ideal for toasting, melting
cheese, browning and searing surface. Thicker cuts
and unevenly shaped pieces of meat, fish and poultry
may cook better at lower broiling temperatures. Food
should be placed near the upper racks, and should
not be cooked for too long on each side of the food. It
is not necessary to preheat when using this mode.
IMPORTANT: The oven is designed for closed door broiling.
