tor-start, non-reversible type. The models

Note: If saw does not start when switched
on, immediately turn saw off and refer to
Troubleshooting. Leaving the switch on will
destroy the motor.

If not properly grounded, this power

The unit is wired for 120V and has a plug
that looks like this:

Saw is factory wired for 120V opera-
tion. Connect to 120V, 15-AMP
branch circuit and use 15-AMP time
delay fuse or circuit breaker.
Failure to connect in this way could
result in injury from shock or fire.
The saw must be properly grounded. Not all
outlets are properly grounded. If you are not
sure that your outlet is properly grounded,
have it checked by a qualified electrician.
The power tool is equipped with a 3-conduc-
tor cord and grounding type plug listed by
Underwriters' Laboratories. The ground
conductor has a green jacket and is attached
to the too! housing at one end and to the
ground prong in the attachment plug at the
other end.
The plug requires a mating 3-conductor
grounded type outlet as shown above. If you
have an outlet that is of the 2-prong type, it
is recommended that you have a qualified
electrician replace it with a properly ground-
ed 3-prong outlet.
