With tracking active, detected faces are framed by green rectangles, a bounding rectangle is drawn
around all faces in the room as a red rectangle. The location of audio in the room is shown as a vertical
blue bar.
Observe the tracking performance:
l
The faces of everyone sitting in the room is highlighted with a green rectangle. Similarly, a red
rectangle appears around the area in the room where participants are located.
l
When someone in the room is speaking, a vertical blue bar appears either centered on or very
close to the speaker's face. Small deviations (such as the blue line being slightly off center) due to
speaker distance and room acoustics are to be expected.
l
With echo cancellation working correctly, far-end audio should not cause a blue bar (signifying
audio being detected in the room) to appear on the video feed.
l
If the blue bar is visible when no one in the room is talking, ensure Echo Cancellation settings are
configured correctly. For more information, refer to Echo Cancellation on page 28.
l
On the second output feed or the camera’s SDI/HDMI output, the camera switches cleanly
between meeting participants with each switch taking no longer than 5 seconds, depending on the
speaker’s distance from the camera.
If needed, make changes to the setup of Tracking and Blocking Zones or adjust the Advanced Settings
on page 53 to eliminate these issues.
NOTE: Side-by Side Dialogue mode cannot be previewed on the IP stream.
