 Extension: Extensions that used one touch recording to record calls will be listed here.
 Delete: Delete all recordings for the selected extension number.
 Start Date/End Date: Search the recordings during this time period.
 Delete Selected: Delete the select recording items.
 Caller ID: Caller ID of this recorded call.
 Destination ID: The number the caller called.
 Date: The exact time when this call began.
 Play: Playback, delete and download options of the recording files.
 Delete: Delete the recorded audio file.
7.3.4 Call Recording Playback
On DVX IPPBX system, there are two ways to playback recordings.
 Playback on the web interface
 Playback on a specific phone
By clicking the “Play” button on a call recording file you’ll see a dialog box like below:
With “Type 1”, you can click the button you can playback the recording directly on the web
interface.
With “Type 2”, you can specify an extension number and click on “Play” and then the extension
will ring and you can pickup the call and the recording will play on the phone.
