REAR BRAKE DISASSEMBLY
● Manually open the brake shoe and remove it.
● Remove the shoe spring from the brake shoe.
● Loosen the rear brake arm fixing bolt.
● Remove the rear brake arm, rear brake indicator, brake
cam, dust seal.
● Remove the rear brake cam.
REAR BRAKE ASSEMBLY/INSTALLATION
● Apply small amount of grease to the brake cam.
● Install the brake cam.
● Install the rear brake dust seal, indicator, rear brake
arm.
·Align the punch marks of the brake arm and the
brake cam before assembly.
·Remove the excessive grease after assembling the
shoe.
INSTALL
● Brake shoe and spring.
● Rear brake shoe to the rear brake cam.
● Rear wheel.
● Washer and U nut.
·Check the brake for smooth operation.
