● Insert the brush spring into the brush holder and install
the front bracket.
·Insert the brush spring with care so that it does not
lean in the holder.
● Apply grease to both ends of the armature shaft.
● Install the starter motor cover.
·The coil may be damaged if the magnet pulls the
armature against the case.
● Align the front bracket with the cover.
● Tighten the washer screw.
